2. Services and Paid Engagements

• • Scope of Work: April Pad provides digital marketing services, including SEO Retainer programs, content marketing strategies, and custom SEO technical audits. The exact deliverables, scope, writing guidelines, editing provisions, and publication rights for your specific project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement.
  • Payment Tiers & Retainers: Payments for consulting, custom audits, and retainers are billed in accordance with the pricing terms agreed upon at checkout or in your custom SOW.
  • Refund Policy: Due to the digital and custom nature of search engine optimization frameworks, content creation, and strategy consulting, all sales are final unless otherwise specified in your explicit project contract.

  • Client & Blogger Submissions: When participating in programs like “Blog Notes” or submitting your blog journey to our platform, you retain ownership of your original story and branding. However, by submitting content, you grant April Pad a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to publish, feature, share, and distribute that content across our newsletter network, website, and partner networks.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

• • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
  • Standard web scraping, automated extraction, or data harvesting of our SEO tool datasets or proprietary guides without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.
  • Submit or upload any content that is defamatory, infringing, abusive, or contains malicious software code.

• • No Guarantees: While April Pad builds comprehensive, data-driven content webs and geo-modifier frameworks designed to improve search visibility, search engines continually update their algorithms. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic metrics, or numerical revenue outcomes.
  • “As-Is” Tools: All free tools, calculators, templates, and insights provided via our newsletter or site are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
