After six months of intense testing and player trials, Heaven Burns Red has rolled out a special collaboration with Angel Beats! The new promotion is set to attract players to its platform, but is itreally worth all the hype and advertising?

As you may already know, the free-to-play mobile action game was launched in 2022 and co-developed by WFS, Inc. and Key. But what you may be aware of is the impressive growth that this game has achieved. Since it rolled three years ago, the game has sold over ten million copies across all platforms and worldwide.

This popularity is telling you that players love the game and its story.

What Is Heaven Burns RedAll About?

This story will impress you since, unlike most lore, the heroes are girls. The Earth came under attack by super-powerful monsters called “the Cancer”. The United Earth Force and its arms proved useless against the aliens. And as you deduced, the planet is about to fall.

But then these girls appear and are the only ones capable of eliminating these invaders. Does this sound like something you would like to play? If so, you can watch the trailer and get a feel for it. Heaven Burns Red Celebrates 180-Day Milestone with Angel Beats! Collaboration Event

The story-driven RPG has launched a special collaboration event with the popular anime Angel Beats!Once you get inside the game, you can enjoy the following specials.

According to GamesPress, the event features

• New storylines,
• Three collab- exclusive characters,
• Exclusive rewards. Players get 150 FREE recruitment attempts through daily logins.
• SS-guaranteed recruitment campaigns for both the anniversary and collaboration banners.

On May 16, 2025, Heaven Burns Red rolled out a new storyline event titled “Where the Cosmos Blossom.”  You can now access the collaborated storyline, which shows the members of 31-A stirring awake to meet with the girls, Yuri, Kanade, and Miyuki.

“As they band together and attempt to escape the guild’s basement, they soon find its winding halls and mysterious doors more troublesome to navigate than they had first assumed.”

However, this is not all. Can you believe that at the end of May, on May 30th, the studio will release another storyline? You will never guess that this time, “Crimson-Stained Sleeves in the Autumn Rain” is all about Hisame encountering her old nemesis in her hometown.

According to the studio, until June 12th, during the Angel Beats! collaboration event, players will receive one ‘Angel Beats! Collaboration Recruitment Ticket’ and 5 Lifestones per daily login. Once players collect 10 tickets, they can perform a 10-roll in the SS-Guaranteed Angel Beats! Collab Ticket Recruitment, which guarantees the inclusion of SS Yuri Nakamura.
